Shipping Policy

At Niimbot D11 is very important – and we want to make sure – that you feel comfortable on every moment in your journey with us.

Shipping & Delivery Times are very important. We have a big quality check standard which sometimes creates longer processing and handling times. 

Estimated delivery time to the U.S are between 7-15 business days, depending on the product, season and demand.  

We ship package from our warehouse in Mainland China.

We have High Standard Shipping partners such us China Post, EMS, K – Post, DHL, among others please contact us if you want DHL in big quantity via support@niimbotd11.com.

Due to our commitment with our Customers, we understand sometimes packages gets lost in transit. If you don’t receive your order in 45 business days you can choose to receive a full refund or receive a replacement at our expenses.

COVID-19 Delivery Information

In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.

Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

There is currently no impact to our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.

Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.

We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue operate as normal.

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status here. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@niimbotd11.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. During rush days, please estimate extra 5 business days more than usual.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@niimbotd11.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Check our return policy for more information.
